Inoflon® PTFE is an engineering plastic designed for high performance under some of most extreme conditions. Known for its exceptional chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction, outstanding weatherability, dielectric strength, thermal stability, flame resistance and a wide range of service temperatures, our PTFE resins are the material of choice for a broad range of industries. The Inoflon® brand of PTFE is widely used worldwide for various applications such as bearings and seals, pipes and tubes, weather-resistant architectural coatings, high quality cook wares, automotive fuel hoses, gaskets, wire insulation and also for some of the most sophisticated defence and aerospace applications.


Our melt processableInoflon® PFA resins have excellent heat and chemical resistance, dielectric strength, flame resistance and weatherability similar to that of PTFE. Being suitable for conventional melt processes such as molding and extrusion, our PFA resins are widely used for corrosion resistance in valves, pumps and fittings as well as for wires, cables and tubes. Inoflon® PFA dispersions and powders are suitable for a variety of coating applications.


Inoflon® FEP Resins are easily processable due to their lower melting temperatures compared to PFA. A unique blend of properties such as low dielectric constants, transparency and UV resistance along with the characteristic resistance to corrosion, heat and flame of Fluoropolymers, Inoflon® FEP is widely used for high speed extrusion of flame resistant coated wires, high end LAN cables, high frequency cables as well as cost effective corrosion protection of valves, pumps, fittings and vessels.


Raw gums and Cure incorporated Fluonox® Fluoroelastomer products offer exceptional chemical resistance at a wide range of operating temperatures compared to conventional elastomeric materials. Fluonox® FKM products are widely known for their long service life in demanding sealing applications for the Automotive, Aerospace, CPI and Oil & Gas industries.


InoflarTM PVDF Resins are known for their high mechanical strength, exceptional abrasion resistance and very good UV resistance while being highly non-reactive with a service temperature of up to 150°C. InoflarTM PVDF homopolymer and copolymer products serve a variety of applications such as corrosion resistance in CPI, Oil & Gas and semiconductor industries, Architectural coatings, membranes as well as flame resistant wire and cable insulations.


INOLUBTM PTFE Micro Powders significantly enhances lubrication and slip properties in various products such as thermoplastic compounds, coatings, inks and lubricants. Our Fluoropolymer based INOLUBTM Polymer Processing Aids (PPA) improves gloss and clarity by eliminating melt fractures during processing of other plastics and INOLUBTM Rheology Modifiers act as drip suppressants in flame retardant components while increasing melt viscosity for easy processability.
